Role:
The role reports to the CEO and would be responsible for:
- Managing the contact center operations along with team management
- Managing the operations efficiency to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Building and managing the overall team to ensure a high level of internal efficiency and productivity
- Managing the internal processes ticketing management system and ensuring the efficacy of the ticket issuance
About the Candidate:
The candidate must have:
- An experience of 10-12 years in contact center operations
- Experience in internet & e-commerce industry
- Should have managed a team of 50 or more people in the operations team
- Experience in handling ticketing management system
