Head - Consumer Insights - FMCG ( TOP MR agency folks to apply pls)
Planning:
a) Ensuring best agencies are on board (value- quality & price) for external agencies lef projects
b) Creating Market Research plan outlining proactive and reactive projects (both in house & to be done along with external agencies) as per the organization's business objectives
Execution:
a) Leading all in house research activities (in house or done by external agencies) for existing and new products from their inception to execution
b) Managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects by collaborating with external research agencies from briefing to report presentation stage
c) Acting as an efficient and effective link between external stakeholders (Consumer) and internal stakeholders (R & D, Marketing, SI)
d) Creating a knowledge bank for all categories by collating learnings gathered from various consumer work done.
e) Creating normative database for Quantitative CTs conducted in house. Arriving at norms based on database.
f) Ensuring usage of best in class research methods for market research projects
Analysis:
a) Providing strategic consumer insights to help senior management make informed decisions and build strategies for business development
b) Putting a mechanism in place to regularly circulate consumer related insights among relevant stakeholders.
Leadership:
a) Lead team of TLs for all Market Research Projects' execution
b) To develop a high performance consumer research team and maximize in house researches.
c) Conducting Quarterly Training sessions for TLs and CIs to ensure their development and learning
d) Conducting knowledge sharing sessions for internal stakeholder's targeted towards business objectives.
