Must have experience : Experience in Qualitative Research & Consumer Insights
Age : 32-35 yrs
Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation in Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology
Experience : 8-10 yrs
Special Essential/Must :
- On the job experience in Analytical ability in design and use market and customer insight to drive change
- Experience in QUALITATIVE RESEARCH & CONSUMER IN SIGHTING
REPORTS TO : Head-Marketing
Location : Mumbai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Expert in generating and synthesizing consumer insights to be used by company's key stakeholders - marketing, R&D and sales
2. Initiating, designing and supervising customized research through agencies
3. Training and educating sales-- force on importance of extending and collecting POS data
4. Conduct continuous research across all segments
5. Analysis of data generated from continuous research
6. Create dashboards for R&D, sales and Marketing for inputs and outputs.
