About our Client - Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of consumer products with a strong local presence. In India they run a highly profitable business and are targeting 1 Billion Dollar revenue this year. They are looking for high potential candidate to head up their Brand & Consumer Insights vertical.
Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Director-Brand Insights, you will be responsible for :
- Shape the overall research agenda within the organization
- Facilitate special research for category projects while liaising with agencies and other departments.
- Use research expertise to generate insights from results.
- Map insights to the organization and see how it could impact the brand communication strategy.
- Take steps to build the brand through Retail and Digital innovation
The Successful Candidate - You will be a University graduate with an MBA from a top tier B-School . You should have at least 8-12 years of work experience in market research and consumer insights. A person with prior experience in a research agency would be preferred. In addition to being a subject matter expert in market research you should be able to apply the same to draw insights. You should have excellent communication skills and a creative bent of mind.
