- To lead a team of Sales Specialists within Digital Industry Services to connect with major Manufacturing Industries for undertaking

- Business development in Consulting

- System Integration Implementation Projects

- Will directly report to the P&L Head for Digital Services

Skills & Abilities

- Proven track record of in the Consulting / Implementation area.

- Capability to handle diverse group of skilled engineers drawn from different units for Projects

- Skilled at working in Matrix management environment

- Knowledge and experience of Manufacturing Automation systems business.

- MES marketing knowledge preferable.

Experience

- Approx 12 to 15 yrs of experience in working for Business development and sales of it consulting in business processes and systems, with at least some experience in Manufacturing Automation and IT / OT business.

Education

- Graduate Engineers preferably with post-graduation in Marketing Management

- COMPENSATION - Matching with the Industry with a substantial Variable component, linked to Business Volume and results.
