Job Description:

1. Lead all construction activities for plotted development projects, managing a team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure effective execution.

2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure designs are feasible for construction.

3. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures as necessary.

4. Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections.

5. Implement and oversee safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety regulations and best practices.

6. Evaluate and select and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials.
