Head - Compliance - Wholesale Banking

The candidate will be responsible to provide compliance support to following units Corporate Credit, FEMA for companies, Trade Finance, Wholesale Banking Product

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a learned and trusted advisor to businesses mentioned above.

- Driving compliance culture and conduct

- Interpretation of Regulatory guidelines.

- Engage with Regulator for getting requisite clarity.

- Managing compliance risk as second line assurance role.

- Networking with the Industry players and adopt best practises and understanding.

- Ongoing learning, upskilling on compliance subjects and enhance the knowledge levels within the organisation on compliance subjects.

- Mentor the team and drive adequate coverage across Businesses.

- Provide constructive challenge and guidance to Product teams.

- Be a learned leader in supporting compliance testing team and RBS compliance team for driving compliance agenda.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's
