Head - Compliance - Investment Banking

- Ability to build mechanism to comply with SEBI regulations and requirements in relation to Merchant Banking.

- Prepare checklist, SOP & process notes for formulating the Merchant Banker regulatory compliance.

- Handle inspection of SEBI Merchant Banker Regulatory.

- Coordinating with various department to ensure compliances as applicable for their respective functions.

- Submission of various regulatory reports stipulated by the SEBI Merchant Banker Regulatory within prescribed time limit.
