Compliance Lead - Leading MNC (Fintech/NBFC)

As Compliance Lead, you'll oversee regulatory compliance for India business, collaborating with teams across functions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring regulatory changes in NBFC/Banking/Payments sectors to mitigate potential risks.

- Educating internal stakeholders on relevant requirements and adapting them to our context.

- Conducting internal compliance reviews and assessments.

- Serving as the main contact for RBI and coordinating with other regulators and industry peers.

- Ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.

- Providing insights on regulatory matters and industry best practices.

- Facilitating relevant disclosures.

Requirements:

- Law graduate (CS preferred) with 5-8 years' experience.

- Experience in NBFCs, banks, or fintech is advantageous.

- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, both independently and collaboratively.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
