Head Compliance, Company Secretary

Job Description :

- Over all Treasury function for Fund mobilisation by way of Working capital loans, term loans, debentures & securitization to meet the lending program of the company.

- Maintaining the Targeted cost of funds of company through proper monitoring of funds, channelizing resources, securitization and Commercial Paper programmes.

- Dealing with RBI for various compliances related to NBFCs and Credit Rating Agencies for rating of Securitization deals, Basel II norms, Long term/Short term NCDs and Commercial paper programmes.
