Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team. As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's compliance program. You will ensure that the company operates in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and that policies and procedures are followed to protect the company's reputation and business interests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the implementation of an effective compliance program.

- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry best practices.

- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability.

- Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.

- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and concerns.

- Monitor and report on compliance activities and outcomes to senior management and regulatory authorities.

- Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
