Job Title: Compliance Head

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enforce housing finance compliance policies.

2. Ensure adherence to housing finance regulations.

3. Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.

4. Provide housing finance-specific compliance training.

5. Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.

6. Collaborate with legal counsel on housing finance laws.

7. Stay updated on housing finance regulatory changes.

8. Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately.

9. Monitor internal processes for compliance.

10. Serve as primary contact for regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications:

- CS + LLB

- 8-15 years of housing finance compliance experience.

- Strong knowledge of housing finance regulations.

- Analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Certification in compliance (e.g., CRCM) preferred.

Salary- upto 40 LPA
