Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the implementation & on-going management of the Corporate Compliance Program & Data Privacy.
- Implementing the Compliance program framework relating to KYC, particularly with regards to Key Regulations and Regulatory Policies.
- Supporting the effective implementation of controls necessary to mitigate the regulatory policies
- Provide inputs, as needed, on implementation plans to address regulatory developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the compliance team which is responsible for
- Evaluating and approving member account documentations and supporting information in order to determine whether they satisfy the client registration identification requirements as per MyKycBank.com policies and procedures
- Reviewing of new & existing members/clients for status, data veracity and amendments, status, country of incorporation and assign appropriate remarks, approvals
- Conducting the background screening on the Client name & other officials- names with other third party databases
- Interact with the front office to ensure that proper documentation is obtained from the customer prior to profile approval
- Reviews and Approvals of Static Data Amendments for existing member information
- Preparation of Monthly / Daily Management Statistics and Dashboard
- Perform Due Diligence checks for member/clients
- Perform Quality Assurance of periodic KYC reviews
- Provide assistance for periodic PEP reviews
- Monitoring activities of unapproved/suspended clients
- Perform user acceptance tests for system enhancements
- Responsible for performing Client ID and AML functions.
