Head - Compliance

Regulatory Knowledge:

Stay updated with regulations by authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), National Housing Bank (NHB), and other relevant bodies.

Understand housing finance-specific regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate compliance risks.

- Develop and implement risk management frameworks.

Policy Development:

- Draft and revise compliance policies and procedures.

- Ensure that policies are in line with current laws and regulations.

Audit and Monitoring:

- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.

- Prepare for external regulatory audits.

Training and Awareness:

- Educate employees about compliance policies and legal requirements.

- Organize training sessions and workshops.

Communication:

- Effectively communicate compliance issues to the board of directors and senior management.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
