Opportunity for the role of Head Compensation and Benefits
As an Compensation & Benefits Leader :
- Define compensation philosophy and guidelines in line with compliance as well as the Classplus' philosophy.
- Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
- Perform appraisal reviews based on market and startup specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Oversee and periodically review the benefits portfolio.
- Define career progression for all roles along with L&D Head.
As an HR Business Partner :
- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement simplified solutions.
- Work with a other People Office functions to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, performance management, data analysis, talent engagement, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards.
- Use and request data strategically , identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles .
