Job Description - We are looking to hire a Head Compensation & Benefits with an overall experience of at least 16 years. The candidate should also have experience in driving total rewards for a large organisation (International Exposure in C&B space is a good to have).

They are looking for a seasoned C&B leader to head the end to end total rewards for India.
Description :
- Formulating Compensation Philosophy and Compensation strategy based on Organization Strategy and Market Compensation trends
- Responsible for Salary Planning, Compensation Analytics and Reports, Variable pay policy, Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the Market
- Experience driving total compensation & benefits for a large volume workforce in an ITes/Banking/Consulting/Shared Services set-up is a must have
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
