Designation: Head - Compensation & Benefits
Based Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Head C&B Global, Head HR India & Head India Business
Qualification & Experience: Full time MBA with 9+ years of experience (6 years at least in C&B)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the compensation philosophy of the company
- Assist in building and maintaining employee understanding and appreciation of the value of compensation and benefits programs through effective implementation of C&B programs and communications.
- Provide counsel and recommendation on offers within the framework of the C&B Operating Guidelines
- Conduct yearly salary surveys
- Build good working relationship with HR Business Partners
- Run regular analyses of market data trends in C&B to ensure market competitiveness.
