Role & Responsibilities :
1. Designing long term & short term incentive plans in line with organization outlook & workforce requirement
2. Participating in market surveys, benchmarking studies and job evaluation processes
3. End to end management of annual appraisal and variable pay exercise.
4. Automation of compensation and benefits function
5. Preparation of annual budgeting, forecasting
6. Tracking and monitoring employee cost movement on a periodic basis. Working in close coordination with respective stakeholders to keep cost under control
7. Updating the senior management on latest compensation trends and market dynamics
8. Managing employee benefits and keeping them relevant as per changing trends
9. Ensuring the compensation & incentives policies comply with regulations & compliances
Requirements :
1. MBA/PG in HR with 12+ years of total experience with 4-8 years of relevant experience in C&B
2. Experience in leading C&B department for a mid-size company
3. Strong understanding of incentives plans & benefits policies
4. Analytical ability and comfort with numbers
5. Ability to engage with critical business stakeholders
