Main responsibilities:
- Develop & drive compensation & benefits strategy for the entire organization globally
- Carry out Job Evaluation across the organization and create a organization banding structure. Design the bands in such a way as to address a growing organization with global footprint.
- Monitor the overall personnel budgets and cost, design metrics to track the same, and suggest ways to optimise the cost on an ongoing basis without impacting quality
- Assess and enhance the effectiveness of variable incentive programs at various levels
- Design, evaluate and modify benefit and other HR policies to ensure that program are current, competitive and in compliance with statutory and legal frameworks
- Participate in market and salary surveys and analyse and compile market trends and information and maintain market positioning
- Monitor review of compensation and benefit package to maintain market positioning
- Study legislation, market arbitration decision to assess the industry trends
- Design, Modify and update HR policies from time to time based on business need and industry practices.
- Assist in development of global mobility practices in compliance with tax,immigration and social security requirements of various host countries
- Create a easily accessible employee query resolution framework compensation & benefit and HR policies
- Lead the HR automation of all compensation and benefits policies to the extent possible
- Work with HR Shared services team to streamline payroll practices in all geographies
