3. To design and implement the reward policy to attract and retain the best talent
4. To conduct compensation benchmarking study relevant to industry and restructure the compensation if needed
5. To be updated about latest Compensation Practices .
6. Manage HR operations, payroll for both direct and outsourced employees with full statutory compliance
