- Compensation : Compensation Philosophy, Total Rewards Framework Design & Implementation, Salary Benchmarking, Annual Base Pay, Variable Pay & Incentive Planning
- Responsible for Annual Salary Review Process . Formalize Strategy and Framework for the Annual Review Cycle, Business Presentation & Communication, and Annual Compensation Budget recommendations for employees- basis current vs. market positioning, economic projections and business feasibility, Data Analysis, Reporting and Managing compensation system.
- Employee Benefits Management - Employee Benefits Renewal, Business Presentation, Implementation, Employee Communication and Administration
- Employee Wellbeing Strategy
