Responsibilities:
- Review & design Compensation Structure & good understanding International Compensation structure.
- Grids Design & Implementation - Defining the salary ranges for the existing jobs of an organization.
- Monitoring the Employee Cost budget.
- Formulation, revision and implementation of Policies for India and International locations
- Salary fitment for onsite deputies and local hires and managing the process of hiring and exit on SAP.
- Compensation Grievance handling
- End-to-end responsibility for C&B Audits
- Benefits benchmarking and management – Insurance, medical schemes
- Statutory compliance – PF, Gratuity, ESIC etc.
- Ensuring compliance to local laws while hiring at international locations with help of legal team.
