- Leading the team for compensation and benefits team pan India.
- Strategic leadership in the ongoing development of compensation and Benefits Strategy.
- Driving the Pay and Benefits programs that support strategy and meeting business needs.
- Leading the implementation of Pay and Benefits programs and partnering closely with leadership, HR and the business to ensure effective execution.
- Conducting quarterly reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, and internal salary data.
- Designing employee benefits programs.
- Implementing employee benefits programs and reviewing and maintaining existing benefit programs.
- Evaluating P&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
- Implementing the Rewards and Recognition Program.
- Responsible for organization wide communication to employees on P&B policies to raise awareness and spread knowledge
