Core Leadership is hiring for a Head Compensation & Benefits for one of our leading client in Food & Beverages sector. The company is head - quartered in London.

The company is looking for a seasoned professional for the facility. The position is at the Senior Leadership level. The position is based at Bangalore.

Position Summary :

- The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing companies Compensation and Benefits programs. The role holder shall also monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.

Job Description :

- Design and lead the India Compensation and Benefits policies and practices.

- Monitor and design salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent.

- Research and analyze salary trends and benefits offered by other employers in the comparator basket.

- Undertake Job Evaluations to ensure that correctly align roles/ jobs to their righteous levels and rightfully justify the variation in salary between those doing different jobs within the organization.

- Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable pay planning and various incentive scheme development.

- Design, develop and implement new benefit packages - ensure competitiveness and relevance of salary structures in line with legal and statutory requirements.

- Lead various HR Projects/ Interventions - not restricted to C&B sub-function

- Be the custodian of HR KPIs and facilitate the HR Engagement forums

- Train and act as an internal consultant to HR Business Partners and Line Managers on matters related to Job Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits

- Lead the HR Budget process and ensure the same is in sync with Business prerogatives and Plan.

- Lead the delivery of various HR reports required for Function, Business and Region (APAC/ Global) on a timely basis

- Lead and drive the overall HR IT agenda of Business in close coordination with IT and Business Leaders - drive the HR IT imperatives through Manager - IT Business Process Solution

- Effective and timely management of all Employee HRMIS, Payroll and C&B related processes

Qualification :

Only full-time PGDM/ MBA in HR/ IR/ Behavioral Sciences from Tier I/ II institutes

Experience :

- 7 - 12 years of experience with a holistic understanding of HR Systems and C&B processes. Knowledge and experience of managing Compensation related processes, Job Evaluation and Compensation bench marking

We are looking for candidates who also have experience and knowledge of Job Evaluation.
