- MBA or Equivalent from Tier I B-School
- 6+ years experience in HR, 3 years in C&B ( Compensation & Benefits ) area is preferred.
- Exposure of M&A or rebadging exercises is beneficial
- Working with Remcos in listed entities
- High Analytical / numerical ability
- Exposure to Productivity Tools like Flowcharts/ Swim lanes, Excel/ Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, be able to partner/consult with all levels of management
- High degree of results-orientation and ability to execute while multitasking
