1. Develop compensation philosophy in consultation with the stakeholders and ensure alignment to business objectives
2. Design policies and guidelines on Rewards & Benefits and ensure its administration (compensation planning, market benchmarking, pay-performance linkage, pay administration, incentive design and implementation, benefits design and administration).
3. Build capability among HR and business manager on compensation communication and compensation management processes
4. Conduct annual reviews & subsidiary market benchmarking, budgeting, salary review, creating merit matrix/performance potential Benchmarking grids and bonus payout
5. Manage Short Term Incentive and Long Term Incentive strategy, budgeting and administration
6. Audit & compliance for compensation, benefits & payroll functions
Thus he or she has to managing the end to end Compensation & Benefits for the organisation - this includes finalization of salary budgets, developing model for payouts of Merit Increments/ Bonus and final payouts basis the company's reward principles.
