We are looking for C&B Head for MNC Consumer to be based
Primary Delivery Areas
Compensation Programs – Design, implement, and manage Compensation Programs like Salary Increase, Promotions, Incentive Plan Design & Execution, Work with Global C&B Managers for global programs, Align with Global Compensation Practices
Salary Bench-marking – Liaison with Consultants for external salary benchmarking, hands on experience on reporting tools, Good Networking skills
Benefits Management – Responsible for managing entire benefits portfolio for India (except insurance). Develop, implement communication & support execution of benefits programs & policies. Impact analysis & benefits benchmarking.
Recruitment & Business HR Support – Define Pay Ranges, work with hiring & HRBP team on external hiring/internal fitments.
Business Partnering - Work with Business and support cost modeling, transitions, due diligence, reporting. Work closely with Corporate Compensation, Global & Local HR Team, particularly HRBPs, HRSC, Data Management, Payroll
Qualifications -
- 8+ years + overall HR experience
- 3 Years + domain experience within Compensation & benefits. Experience in hi-tech or telecom industry will be an added advantage
- Exposure in using compensation & benefits assessment/evaluation tools and methodologies (e.g. Mercer/ Hewitt etc.),
- Possesses exposure in job matching and survey compilation.
- Familiar with compensation and benefits analysis
- Independent thinker and willing to collaborate contribute and support as part of a team
- MBA / Equivalent from reputed institutes preferred
