Looking for a candidate for the position of Head - Compensation and Benefits with a leading FMCG firm based in West India.
Qualification - MBA/PG - HR
Experience - 8-12 years.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement Compensation Strategy
- Plan and manage compensation and benefits budgets
- Conduct market research to benchmark the compensation practices
- Design compensation and benefits plans to enhance employee satisfaction
- Develop and review HR policies that conform to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Renew company compensation schemes with monetary and non-monetary benefits according to employee needs.
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- Good leadership and communication skills
CTC can go upto 60-65 lakhs
