Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head - Comp & Ben for a leading entertainment company in Mumbai. The role will report to the CHRO of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Proven expertise in conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate the organization's Comp & Ben offerings.

- Experience implementing HR processes & systems for compensation, promotions, payroll, and appraisals.

- Designed and managed incentive programs and recognition initiatives.

- Led implementation of automation projects.

- 10+ years of experience in Comp & Ben role is a must with an MBA from top tier college.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and benefit plan design.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- In-depth knowledge of HR functions

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
