Compensation & Benefits Bench marking :
- Participating in salary surveys by extracting and reporting on wage and salary data
- Participating in Benefit surveys by extracting and reporting on Benefits Market data
Employee Benefits:
- Assisting in designing the benefit programs to be rolled out during the year
- Implementing the new benefit programs across various office locations
- Benefits Administration
- Educating employees by conducting group training sessions or individual training on employee benefit programs
- Manage Insurance Policies and Renewals
Employee Reward Programs :
- Driving employee reward programs
- Rewards Administration
- Rewards Communication
Compensation Plan :
- Comparing positions internally and externally, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Analyzing the salary structure, benefits in similar industries and suggesting improvements
HR Analytics:
- Responsible for pan India Headcount & cost analytics and reporting
- To analyze the attritions and reports
- To ensure the update of controlling, HR and PO reports on real time basis
- To update actuals reports half yearly and annually
- To support external auditors on data analysis
- Responsible for providing insight into the annual HR budgeting exercise
- Work with multiple data sets and HR tools, to gather reports and provide insight to leadership team for decision making
- Act as a point of contact with corporate teams for all HR compensation related reporting and analysis Digitization
- Lead multiple HR digital projects: understanding the requirement, configuration, testing and implementation of HR tools
Payroll :
- To ensure on time completion of monthly payroll, comply with monthly statutory compliance for all locations
- To ascertain that all documentations and process followed are as per internal controls and HR guidelines
- To calculate, prepare and execute yearly variable payout process basis KPI/training achievement
- To lead and provide governance on monthly payroll variance check and computation of right income tax
- To align with the external payroll agency for tax declarations and investment calendar
- To ensure expats and local employee tax returns filing before due date
- Department Provisioning: Prepare departmental budget (Annual) and Monthly provision as per standard template and guidelines provided
