Job Description :
- The purpose of this job is to plan and analyze and recommend trends in Compensation & Benefits for the organization, managing the end-to-end process and defining compensation banding for all levels to ensure cost to skill ratio.
- The role will be responsible for driving the Performance Management system, Compensation benchmarking, Job Evaluation and the design and roll-out of Sales compensation interventions, to ensure employee satisfaction and adherence to statutory compliance and audit standards with aligned objectives to support the business goals.
