Head - Compensation & Benefits - Conglomerate

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head - Comp & Ben for a global conglomerate based in Mumbai. The role will report to the CHRO of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits benchmarking across multiple countries.

- Create innovative rewards programs to enhance EVP and promote a performance culture.

- Revamp recognition programs, redesign sales incentives, and develop retention plans for top talent.

- Redesign Performance Management to align with best practices and foster a performance-driven culture.

- Develop and maintain a competency framework, including conducting job analyses for new roles, promotions, and ungraded positions.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and benefit plan design.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- 8+ years of experience in Comp & Ben role is a must with an MBA from top tier college
