Our client, one of India's largest broking firms is looking for a Head C&B.

Job Profile:

- Provide organisation the competitive edge by developing & institutionalizing best in class practices.

- Consultative and strategic partnering with business leaders to maximize organizational performance by assessing critical skills/competency requirements, developing innovative solutions to bridge the gap and coaching leaders.

- Develop and implement competitive compensation mix which suits organization's internal needs and help establish better link between performance & rewards.

- Design, evaluate and make recommendations to modify compensation and benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.

- Devise, implement and administer annual increase and incentive programs.

- The incumbent must have experience in creating & successful implementation of C&B frameworks in different work spaces.

- The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture and be a key contributor to its growth.
