Responsibilities:
Compensation:
1. Responsible for defining, developing, integrating and delivering strategic global compensation programs.
2. Staying abreast of trends in compensation to ensure delivering market competitive pay.
3. Leveraging current industry trends and practices to enhance global compensation plans
4. Partnering with the business, HR Leadership Team members and HR Business Partners to develop relevant, integrated and simple global compensation programs
Variable Compensation :
5. Implement and adapt different schemes of the variable remuneration in line with the global guidelines
6. Ensure that the incentive schemes are communicated and implemented as per timelines
