Job Description :
- Lead the C&B Program within the organization.
- Manage processes and standards for all C&B Service Delivery aspects in close cooperation with the respective Process Leads.
- Management and coordination of the team that is providing C&B services, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the organization.
- Contract and set expectations with Unit HR / others as relevant on the services C&B Service Delivery will provide.
- Ensure that roles and responsibilities for processes end-to-end are clearly defined and understood.
- Drive / participate budget planning discussions, SLA process and is responsible for the budget/resource allocation for the area of responsibility
- Proactively apply organizational diagnostic expertise to analyse and identify potential design improvements (in cooperation with HR)
