- Compensation modelling and executing annual increment cycle based on the market variance and internal structure. Data analysis and interpretation of salary survey for top management decision.
- Job matching and Participation in Compensation survey, analysis of market survey, determining benchmarks, monitoring market positioning
- Preparing new increment grids for increments based market trend & company budget constraints
- Compensation related analytics and MIS for monthly plan vs. actual reporting.
- Create & Administer compensation & benefits related policies.
- Manage Employee benefits like Retirals, Group Insurance (GMC+GPA+GTL)
- Designing incentive/ variable schemes
- HR Policy management
