Our client is a global leading Banking firm with presence worldwide. With exponential growth in India, they are looking to hire a Head C&B team management role based in Mumbai.
Job Description:
Reporting into the Head HR, your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Working closely with the National business stakeholders to drive the compensation and benefits philosophy for over 1500 people in India and will be directly responsible for compensation and benefits portfolio for the India business
- Evaluating compensation structure and total rewards strategy and working on making it competitive and employee friendly
- Working regularly on cost impact analysis and compensation ratios to evaluate budgeting and accurate payroll input year long
- Overseeing annual internal and external bench marking and analyzing the leading best practices and working to introduce the same in the organization
- Managing and maintaining the classification of roles as well as the regional incentive plans and driving completion of annual appraisal and periodic talent management discussions
- Leading design and implementation of Pan India employee recognition and wellness programs
The Successful Applicant
You come with 8-12 years of specialist experience in Compensation and Benefits with a full time MBA. You have been part of the Banking sector. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and can work closely with global stakeholders.
