- Compensation and Benefits Specialist is expected to oversee and administer the compensation, benefits and rewards for our employees.

- Assess the organizations competitive positioning in the market, identify areas of correction or gaps and propose necessary interventions.
- Design skill-based hiring ranges based on internal and external market inputs.
- Build and present various models to the leadership in order to assess the financial impact for salary increase and bonus budgeting.
