Head - Compensation & Benefits

Role & Responsibilities:

- Incumbent will be involved in managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery for India and region.

- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the year-end annual review cycle, job analysis/evaluation whenever required.

- Responsible for proposing and executing change with respect to C&B policies and guidelines.

Qualification:

- MBA with 17-22 years of experience in C&B space.

- Exposure to managing regulatory issues, Tax, benefit plans including, Insurance, asset program etc.

- Experience of managing senior level compensation with understanding of deferred compensation, ESOPs etc.
