- Design and lead the India & Global Compensation and Benefits policies and practices
- Monitor and design salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent
- Research and analyze salary trends and benefits offered by other employers in the comparator basket
- Undertake Job Evaluations to ensure that correctly align roles/ jobs to their righteous levels and rightfully justify the variation in salary between those doing different jobs within the organization
- Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable & performance pay planning, ESOPs, and various incentive scheme development
- Design, develop and implement new benefit packages - ensure competitiveness and relevance of salary structures in line with legal and statutory requirements
- Lead various HR Projects/ Interventions
- Train and act as an internal consultant to HR Business Partners and Line Managers on matters related to Job
- Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits
- Lead the HR Budget process and ensure the same is in sync with Business prerogatives and Plan
- Lead the delivery of various HR reports required for Function, Business, and Region (APAC/ Global) on a timely basis
- Lead and drive the overall HR IT agenda of Business in close coordination with IT and Business Leaders - drive the HR IT imperatives through Manager - IT Business Process Solution
- Effective and timely management of all Employee HRMIS, Payroll, and C&B related processes
Work Experience
- Having 13- 16 years of experience in HR and Compensation and Benefits, having led the function in a large corporate set up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with colleagues at different levels
- Adaptability to multi-cultural team environment as the incumbent will interact and engage with senior colleagues and stakeholders across the globe
- Should have worked in a matrix organization
