India Head - Compensation
- Develop and implement compensation programs for India to ensure requirements are met in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirements
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Provide guidance to others based on organization goals and company policy
- Review existing and proposed compensation laws and regulations and takes or recommends corrective action
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Compensation
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Need strong Compensation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong Management experience
