Secretarial :
- Formulate the annual calendar and manage all routine activities of the Secretarial Department.
- Organizing and conducting all Board meetings, managing its Committees and Shareholders for all entities of the Group.
- Recording all minutes and getting them approved.
- Ensuring all compliances of the laws applicable to the Secretarial function are adhered to.
- Maintaining all records of the Secretarial Department.
- Keeping a record of the status of all Board / Shareholders approvals.
- Drafting Annual Reports of various entities in the Group.
- Possess sound knowledge about the compliances of a listed Company.
- Manage the Secretarial Audits.
Legal :
- Drafting / vetting l agreements.
- Advising HOD's with respect to all legal matters.
- Managing statutory compliances of all applicable laws.
- Managing litigation, in any.
- Managing /briefing external lawyers as per requirement.
- Managing all legal documents / other documents of the Group.
- Responsible for Patents, Trade Marks & Copyrights.
