Reporting Head of Marketing, India
Experience 13-17 Years
Education - Master Degree in Mass communication or PR
B. Content & Context Factors :
- The candidate will lead the internal and external communications mandate for Indian operations of the company.
- Develop and execute India communication strategy.
- Help the company to make a difference, through creative PR campaigns, actively engage with the influencer community to build strong influence for the co and internal communications.
- This individual will be required to lead / be a part of a cross functional team delivering campaigns to support the business mandate for Indian operations.
- Our ideal candidate will be self-starter, optimistic and energetic.
- The candidate will be responsible to work in collaboration with India Leadership Team, Global Communications Team, India Marketing Team, PR agencies, Social agencies, Media and analysts, Bloggers, influencers.
C. Critical Success Factors (CSF) :
- The ideal candidate should have good Technology background, Social integration/ social media experience and is well connected in the network
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to develop Communications materials such as briefing books, presentations, press releases
- Manage the day to day tactics of communications in India from proactive pitches highlighting of the product story, partnerships or marketing campaigns as well as handling issues as they arise
- Mix of consumer and corporate PR experience
- Comfortable working in the matrix organization
- Innovative & Result oriented
