Head - Communications - Consulting Firm

Responsibilities include: Lead the overall communications strategy for India working closely with the EMEA and global teams:

Internal Communications:

- Develop programs in conjunction with HR that engage employees and help create a diverse environment that people want to work in and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

- Support communication programs like town-hall meetings, round tables, employee events, e-mails and video that engage employees in the strategy and priorities.

- Support local leaders in change communications.

Corporate Communications:

- Build and execute a bold communications plan that strengthens brand among customers and students/potential hires and builds a brand that people want to work for.

- Manage crisis communications for India when needed.

- Support senior leader communications to the outside world, using the right channel to deliver our message to the specific audiences. Coach senior leaders on communication style to maximise impact.

- Manage social media strategy and plan.

- Work with our PR agency to support these activities.

Leadership :

- Lead a team managing employee and corporate communications as well as India's extensive CSR programs.

- Enable and empower the team; support personal development, jointly chart career path and build a talent pipeline for the future.

- Be a member of the India leadership team.

- Build an understanding of the India electronics market, working with sales leaders that helps our digital marketing team build strong marketing plans to sell more in the India market.

Role requirements:

- Excellent time-management and project management skills to simultaneously drive on-time execution of multiple projects.

- Knowledgeable of owned and paid media channels, technical content and messaging tactics.

- Basic understanding of website analytics tools including Google Analytics and Spotfire visualization dashboards.

- Clear, concise communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and local language where needed.
