Head - Communication & Public Relations for one of the diversified MNC FMCG giants, based at Mumbai.

- Post Grad in PR & Communications with at least 10 years of work exp.managing communication in an FMCG, Consumer outfit, public relations agency with a track record of successful public relations/communications, corporate communication, product communication, public affairs, Media relations is what are mandatory.

- Develop strong partnerships with the Leadership teams of the Business and on multiple brands.

- Alignment of regional business strategies with the country goals.

- Integrate knowledge from deep external and internal networks, multi-stakeholder insights and broad understanding of business, competitive and industry priorities to lead the development and efficient implementation of strategic communication plans that drive key business and reputation outcomes and shape the environment for the company's products.

- Anticipate and address emerging market and internal realities to drive revenue and profitability.

- Build understanding of current issues in the environment affecting businesses and brands, develop and execute public affairs strategies that impact belief, action, behavior and advocacy in order to shape the external environment

- Partner closely with the relevant regional sector Business Communication Leader in Asia Pacific, Corporate Media Relations, Investor Relations and global CPA CoEs to ensure alignment of country/regional business goals with Global strategies.

- Manage public relations agencies and other professional agencies supporting brands / franchises.

- Oversee budgets with the highest degree of fiscal prudence and responsibility

- Develop relationships with key media, including social media influences.
