Head - Communication & PR
Our Edutech Client is looking for a Head of Brand & Communication, who can lead the function and build a strong strategy around the organization's vision & goals.
- The Head of Branding and Communications will be responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the firm's marketing plan.
- Strategize and execute a marketing communication plan, in line with the business strategy as decided and communicated by the Digital Marketing team
- Responsible for the design and production of media content
- Design and coordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media
- Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with latest current trends and guideline
- People Management: Lead, train and mentor a team of Design and Marketing Communication professionals.
Required Skills :- Master's in Business Administration or a specialization in branding & communication, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in brand and digital management.
- Experience in managing communication teams with proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines
- Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself and the team across the marketing channel
- Creativity, ability to think beyond what competitors and other ed- tech players are doing to introduce a competitive edge for Gradeup
- Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats
- Obsession over quality of work
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Reporting Structure : This role will be reporting into the CEO/ Co-Founder of Gradeup
