Head - Commercials & Investor Relations

Job Context (Challenges):

- Co-ordination across multiple business functions and finance and senior leadership to ensure that commercial activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Balance the expansion plans of the organization and each function in a structured and prudent manner to ensure maximization of available resources

- Need for strong governance on prevention of revenue and expense leakages given the focus of the organization on rapid scaling of digital capabilities, distribution and marketing (e.g. cloud infra costs, referral partner arrangement, performance marketing campaigns)

- High paced, highly competitive and rapidly evolving financial services space requires the organisation to have a deep understanding evolving trends and competitor strategy to stay ahead of the curve.

- Need to convey a strong, consistent and well understood strategy / performance / Investment message give the size of investment and high market visibility of the Company
