Key responsibilities & duties:
- Conduct detail research of the commercial market in the Delhi NCR geography
- Responsible for formulating action plans and go to market strategy for achieving sales target
- Identify and develop relations with new and existing partners (brokers/property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region
- Managing sales and achieving targets from Commercial and Corporate office spaces
- Head the revenue generation role from sales and leasing of commercial projects
- Lead and direct the sales team, provide them with necessary training and support to achieve their KPIs
