This opportunity is with one of the fastest growing Real Estate companies based out of Bangalore, with projects in multiple cities in India. The Head Commercial sales role would be solely responsible for a 100+ acre project commercial sales. This would be a mix use project, having residential towers, commercial space and also space for start-up communities.
Key Requirements :
Looking for candidates who has strong exposure in commercial sales. (Preferably - Office space selling)
- Around 10-15 yrs of experience in Real Estate industry with exposure in Commercial space selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, Negotiation skills etc
Education : MBA / Any degree
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop, lead and manage all commercial activities for company's upcoming project (100 acres project)
- Overseeing project development, identifying new business opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations.
- Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share in the real estate industry
- Liaising with SMEs, Corporate, Start-ups, etc, visiting them to generate demand and closures.
- To develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy.
- Representing the company externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company's profile and optimise all business development opportunities.
