Job Description - Our Client is looking to hire a Head - Commercial for their existing/upcoming real estate portfolio

Our client is a leading real estate developer with great plans going forward in India. With substantial Development Rights across various locations in India, they are developing townships, group-housing projects, commercial landmarks, organised retail destinations, hotels and resorts.

They offer transparency in transaction, thought-leadership in action and focus on fostering enduring relationships.

Description

Reporting directly to the MD & CEO, you will be responsible for :

- Building a brand in the commercial space for the company and furthering companies foray into commercial asset classes

- Land acquisition, business development, viability assessment of different projects



- Creating strategy and aggressively rolling out plan and execution

- Managing the P&L by driving the leasing and tenant management for the commercial space

Profile

- Domain knowledge of the commercial space in major geographical locations, like NCR, Bangalore & Pune etc

- Good tenant relationship for large space occupiers and good sense growth corridors in the given geographical location



- Regulatory and statutory knowledge of the local by-laws and other regulatory issues affecting development, market trends and demographics

- In depth market analysis, preparing multiple geographies reports and deal notes

- Financial modeling and project viability estimation

- Micro market assessment for price & velocity

- Inputs to Design and cost understanding

- Inputs and guidance to BD team and close BD transactions
